Mrs. Raychell Neal is the owner and director of Steppin Out On Faith Learning Center. She's been a school teacher for over 20 years. She's a Christian woman, married for 30 years with 2 lovely daughters.

Mrs. Alia Asmar has been working with children for over 16 years. She's a lead preschool teacher. She's married with 4 children of her own. She says her day is fulfilled when she can touch a young person and make a difference in their beginning stages of life.
